The Bird’s Nest is dog-friendly.

Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult and will not be served alcohol.

Minors will be asked to leave the venue by 9pm as The Bird’s Nest turns into a drinks-forward venue, especially on Fridays & Saturdays.

We may seat groups with minors indoors due to safety concerns regarding the terrace.

We do not have any baby changing facilities
or baby chairs.

Policy on bookings for groups of 11-25 people:

  1. Indoor & Outdoor Group Booking Capacity: The Bird's Nest is best suited for food-led gatherings and seated celebrations, with a warm, intimate dining atmosphere. We can accommodate seated groups of:

    • up to 15 guests indoors, in our dining room; 

    • up to 25 guests on our South East Terrace.

  2. Minimum booking: All large group reservations are booked for a minimum of 4 hours. 

  3. Minimum spend: A minimum spend applies to large group bookings. We confirm the exact figure once we have your enquiry details, based on group size, timing, and booking requirements.

  4. Arrival, Timing & Layout: Arrival and end times must be confirmed when securing the booking. If guests will be arriving at different times, let us know in advance and we can look at suitable adjustments.

  5. Food & Group Pre-Order: For larger groups, we require a pre-order for food in advance of your booking. This allows the kitchen to prepare and deliver your meal smoothly and ensures the best possible experience for your group. We strongly recommend a sharing-style format, as food will be served in waves across the table to allow guests to eat together while maintainig a natural and consistent flow of service. 

  6. Tabs & Payment: We can run individual tabs or a single group tab, depending on what works best for you. Your group’s total spend is tracked collectively against the agreed minimum spend.

  7. Weather Clause: All outdoor bookings are weather dependent. In the event of adverse weather, we will always do our best to assist, however we cannot guarantee an indoor alternative space. Bookings may need to remain outside or be adjusted accordingly.

  8. Cancellation Policy: For group bookings of 11–25 guests, we require notice within 5 days to cancel or amend without charge.
